My name is (your name) and I  bought a Air Conditioner from your store on date1.I am writing this letter to bring to your notice about the problem I am facing with the defective air conditioner.

Since yesterday, the AC has started to leak water from the front side. There may be a problem with the installation or drainage pipe. Since the incident happened within the warranty period of 6 months, I request you to trouble shoot the problem of the AC at the earliest. The cash memo has been attached for your perusal.
