Dear Editor,
My name is Shiraj and I am a resident of R.K.Puram, Secunderabad. I am writing this letter on the issue of poor bus service in our area.
Our locality of RK Puram is located at a distance of 22 km from the main city of Secunderabad. There is no proper bus service to our area and majority of the travelling people drop down in earlier areas in the route.
The poor bus service has created a lot of problems for the residents of our area. People find it very difficult to venture out for job and studies. Most Auto Rickshaw drivers don’t prefer to come here and those who do demand a very high price in the name of fare. Even the few buses coming here are more often than not, jam packed.
Therefore, through the columns of your newspaper, I want to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to provide proper bus service in our area for the benefit of the people. The people of RK Puram also have the basic right of fare transportation like any other resident of Secunderabad.
