Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Manas Rawat, a resident of Anand Vihar, New Delhi. I am writing this letter to bring your notice about non refund of deducted money for my transaction on IRCTC platform.
I tried to book four tickets in AC 3A for my family trip to Kanyakumari on 11th may, 2022 from Chennai Egmore via Kanyakumari express (12633). The list of the passengers is given below:

However during the transaction in tatkal quota, a total of Rs 6400 got deducted from my bank account without any ticket being booked. The transaction Id is [ID]. As advised on IRCTC site, I waited for seven days in hope that the money would be refunded to my account.
Unfortunately, the above mentioned amount has not been refunded to my account as of 20th May, 2022. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for settling the due amount.
This is for your kind information and necessary action.
Yours truly,
Manas Rawat
