I, Arun Sharma, am the class teacher of Class 10, ABC school, New Delhi. I am writing this letter in order to place a bulk order for train tickets for our school.

We intend to go conduct an educational tour to Mumbai for the student of class 10 of our school. We would require a bulk booking of 50 tickets for students as well as accompanying teachers in the month of June, 2022. It would be convenient if you could arrange for two way ticket for the 10 day tour.

I would be highly grateful if you kindly look into the matter positively. The details of the tour are enclosed herewith along with other necessary details.
