Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter in connection with the booking of flat number B7C of Apoorva Apartments with reference to the registration number 622/55/36. The purchase date of the above mentioned flat is on 21/02/2022.
It is with regret I inform you that our stay in the flat has not been satisfying. The claims made by the PQR builders about the quality of the flat are hardly met. The wall paint has come off within two months. There is seepage of water from the walls and ceiling which can be dangerous. Moreover, improper sanitary fittings as well as non maintenance of lift have been a cause of great worry for us.
I request you to please make necessary arrangement for improving the condition of the flat. We are entitled to get free service against any fault of the builder as per our contract.
