Subject: Non availability of SIM card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, (your name) a resident of (your address) would like to take the opportunity to bring to your kind attention about poor service being provided by BSNL personnel. I had applied for a new SIM card from your office along with necessary verification documents a week earlier on [Date1].

After not getting any response, I went to the office for a proper reason for the delay. The person concerned told me that there is currently shortage of BSNL SIM cards in the district. To be honest, I was really disappointing by the reply especially in this day and age when private network providers are providing SIM cards within a day.

Hence, I request you to kindly resolve the matter at the earliest. Otherwise, I have no other option but to apply to some other service provider. This is for your kind information and necessary action.

                                                                                            Yours Sincerely,

                                                                                             Your name

                                                                                             Your address
