Subject: Non functional telephone equipment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of XYZ Locality under the ABC Telecom zone. I would like to bring to your notice that on 12th of last month, I had reported a complaint regarding non-functional telephone equipment. But till today morning, no one had turned up from BSNL to enquire about the issue.

On enquiring about the issue in the afternoon, I was told that there was some issue related to underground cable wiring in our area. It may be a reason why we were experiencing trouble with our telephone.

I have patient in my house and hence I may require the connection immediately. Therefore, I again request you to kindly look into the matter and depute new lineman at the earliest so as to fix the telephone equipment.
