recharge has become one of the most common things which people cannot do
without. With the ever increasing number of recharges, we also get a few recharges
where wrong recharge of data plan takes place. In such a school, the matter
must be brought to the attention of the concerned authority. This is a simple
letter to BSNL regarding recharge of wrong data plan. The letter can be
modified according to need and preference.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am (your name) from (your address) having BSNL mobile number (your number). I would like to bring to your kind attention regarding recharge of wrong data plan.
Yesterday, I had recharged for pv_2399 through the BSNL portal. The recharge was successful with reference (reference id). I was supposed to receive a validity of 437 days with 3GB daily data unlimited voice call as per your portal. But after recharge, I only got a validity of 600 days with unlimited voice call. But, no internet data was added. This is not what I had recharged for and unacceptable.
I request you to look into the matter and immediately make arrangement so that I receive the benefit of pv_2399 voucher. If that is not possible, please refund my 2399 rupees. I have attached the necessary screenshots for your reference.
