Write a letter to BSNL regarding recharge of wrong data plan

 

Data recharge has become one of the most common things which people cannot do without. With the ever increasing number of recharges, we also get a few recharges where wrong recharge of data plan takes place. In such a school, the matter must be brought to the attention of the concerned authority. This is a simple letter to BSNL regarding recharge of wrong data plan. The letter can be modified according to need and preference.

Subject: Recharge of wrong data plan 

Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am (your name) from (your address) having BSNL mobile number (your number). I would like to bring to your kind attention regarding recharge of wrong data plan.

                        Yesterday, I had recharged for pv_2399 through the BSNL portal. The recharge was successful with reference (reference id). I was supposed to receive a validity of 437 days with 3GB daily data unlimited voice call as per your portal. But after recharge, I only got a validity of 600 days with unlimited voice call. But, no internet data was added. This is not what I had recharged for and unacceptable.            

                               I request you to look into the matter and immediately make arrangement so that I receive the benefit of pv_2399 voucher. If that is not possible, please refund my 2399 rupees. I have attached the necessary screenshots for your reference.
