This letter has reference to the complaint made by me on 15th August with complaint number [Number]. I would again like to bring to your notice that our phone line has been disconnected since 14th August due to the severe thunderstorm on that day.
I am really disappointed with your failure to fix the telephone line even after one week. When I reported about the issue to your department on 15th, I was assured by the officer that the issue would be fixed within two or three days. He explained to me that due to the thunderstorm the department was receiving a number of complaints. I understood the scenario and extended my cooperation.
It has been a week and nobody has visited our home yet. I can understand a delay of two days with the number of rising cases, but a week is too much relaxation. With today's fast paced life, it is very difficult to do without a phone line for such a long time.
Hence I once again request you to take the complaint seriously and arrange for a solution at the earliest.
