Sir/Madam,
I had traveled from Bangalore city to Vasco by the Vasco Express last Saturday. I am writing this letter to share the horrible experience I had during the journey with your audience.
I was travelling in coach S6 of AC 3 tier. On boarding the train, to my utter dismay, I found the coach to be infested with cockroaches. There was severe lack of cleanliness in the coach with bits of papers and plastic wrappers lying everywhere.
Such unhygienic environment is the root cause for attracting various diseases. It is the duty of the authorities to make sure that remedial actions are taken for improving the condition. Strict action must be taken against the officials for negligence of their duty.
I hope my letter finds a place in the columns of your esteemed newspaper and is successful in drawing the attention of the General Manager, Southern Railways.
