With due respect, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had availed the services of your company to get my furniture transferred from Karnal to Ambala. The booking was done for date 15 February and the receipt number was XYZ2212. The sum of 5000 was paid by me by check number 763442.
Being a professional in transport service, it is a duty on your part to safely transport the furniture in good condition. Unfortunately once we took the delivery of our goods, we found the sofa and the almirah to be broken. I have sent at least a picture of the said items for your verification.
In this regard, I demand a compensation of 50000 rupees only. Please look into the matter urgently and dispense the said about.
