I had bought an electric chimney from your shop on 8 January. The invoice number for the above transaction is 4751.

With regret, I would like to inform you that the chimney is not working properly within just 7 days of its purchase. One of the switches of the chimney makes an unbearable noise. As a result I can't use it on regular basis.

I would request you to replace the defective chimney as soon as possible. Copy of the guarantee period is also attached for your reference.
