Dear Father,

I hope everyone in doing well back home. My stay here in Pune with regard to my computer training program at Apex international institute has been good so far. Today, I am writing to inform you about an unexpected change in the itinerary.

The Director of the institute has informed us today that our training has been extended by a week. So, I will be returning home on the 25^th of this month. Due to this extension of stay, I will require an additional amount of approximately Rs 3000 to cover my expenses.

Kindly send the required amount of money at the earliest. I hope to meet everyone very soon.
