My name is Arnav and I am a student of class 10 of your school. I am writing this letter to bring to your kind information about the problem of reading in online classes.

Due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, studying via online mode has become the new normal. However, a number of students are facing problems of genuine network issue because of which they cannot be present in online classes. Sometimes even the app for logging in malfunctions frequently, causing serious interference in studying.

We, the students, are the sufferers and have to pay with compromising with the quality of education. Therefore, I request you to kindly give a thought on the issue and take remedial measures for improving the situation
