I am Mr. Mohan Das, the teacher-in-charge of ‘Excursions & Field Trips’. Our school is going to travel to Shimla with a total of 40 students and four teachers during summer vacation.
We intend to stay in Shimla for four days from date1 to date2. We would require an AC bus along with an experienced guide. For accommodation, we would prefer a hotel at the Mall road at the center of the town. It is important that cost of the trip should not exceed Rs 10,000 per person.
If the above mentioned requirements are provided, we shall be happy to have your company organize our trip. I look forward to a quick response from your end.
