Sir/Madam,

I am Sahil, a resident of 12 Mall road, Kanpur. Yesterday, I visited the XYZ orphanage near my home on the occasion of my birthday to help the children of the orphanage in whatever little capacity I could.

It broke my heart to see these helpless children living in a very deplorable condition. The food that they were provided was not nutritious enough. The living conditions of the orphans were also unhygienic. They were not getting quality education facility to upgrade themselves.

I am really moved and unable to remove those images from my memory. Therefore, through the columns of your newspaper, I urge concerned authorities to take proper care of these children. These children are also a future of the country and deserve a better life.
