This is to inform you that the current account bearing number (Account Number) is registered with your bank under the name of XYZ. I am writing this letter to intimate you about the inclusion of an unauthorized signatory for the above account.

With reference to a company meeting held on date1, it has been unanimously decided to include the name of Mr. ABC as an authorized signatory for handling the financial transactions associated with the said account. A copy of the minutes of the meeting as well as signature of Mr. ABC is attached for your convenience.
