I hope you are fine. With utmost love and pleasure, I write this letter to share with you about how I intend to spend the winter holidays. As you know our winter vacations start after a couple of weeks, we were thinking of visiting a hill station during the holiday break. What better place than the lush green Coorg to unwind and relax for a while?
Coorg is situated in the southern state of Karnataka. Brahmagiri and Ratnagiri are two of the prominent wildlife centuries nearby which attract a lot of tourists. Coorg is nothing short of a paradise for shopoholics as it is famous for its distinct spices such as pepper, nutmeg, turmeric and lemon grass.Another major attraction which I would love to visit is the historical Madikeri fort. The fort is symbolic of the rich cultural heritage of Coorg and currently is also the venue for residence of the deputy commissioner.
Cauveri is the major river nourishing the fertile lands of Coorg. It will be a fascinating experience to watch the river in all it's glory from a close quarter. Coorg is also well known for its exquisite furniture made from a variety of woods such as Bamboo, sandalwood and rosewood. I think this trip is going to be very memorable and I am really excited for it. It would be very special for me if you could join us for this trip.
