Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is ABC and I am the class monitor of class 7 section A. With due respect, I am writing this letter to bring to your kind attention about the irregular cleaning of our classroom.

It is a matter of shame that our classroom is not properly cleaned. When we enter our classroom in the morning, it is a common sight to see the desk and benches covered with a layer of dust. It is  not only dirty but also unhygienic and a cause of concern for the health of the students.

The sole reason for this is the sheer neglect on the part of the sweeper. I had informed him about regular cleaning of our class on numerous occasions. After a day or two of proper cleaning, the situation again returns to as usual.

Hence, I request you to look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible. I, on behalf of the class, will be grateful if there is at least a daily basic cleaning followed by a thorough cleaning on weekly basis.
