SIP offered by mutual funds is a popular financial investment plan. A fixed amount of money has to be deposited at regular intervals for a particular period of time. Due to financial constraint, I could not continue the above mentioned and applied for its closure. A confirmatory message had been received from your bank validating that the SIP had been cancelled.
I was really surprised to find out yesterday that even after closure of the mutual fund scheme; the monthly SIP amount had been deducted for last month. Hence, I request to look into the matter urgently, sort out the technical issue and refund my due amount at the earliest. Bank statement has been attached reflecting that the SIP has been deducted.
