Dear ABC,

This year, the annual prize distribution was held last week in the school premises. This year the famous national level player, XYZ was invited as the chief guest. The ceremony commenced by seeking god’s blessing by burning diyas and candles. It was followed by the welcome speech by our School Principal. Next, the regular school songs were sung by the chorus team and a vibrant cultural dance program was presented by the dance team.

The annual prize distribution ceremony provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate the best students competing in various fields, both academic and extracurricular. It was wonderful to watch the deserving students from respective classes to win the awards.

Awards and certificates were distributed by the chief guest and School Principal. Both of them appreciated the effort put in by the students for their success. Madam motivated the students to keep on aspiring and continue to follow their dreams keeping in mind the tradition of the school. Mr. XYZ stressed on the importance of hard work and perseverance for success. He even went on to encourage the students who did not win any prizes and asked them to improve their performance and compete again in coming academic session.

It was a proud moment for not only the winners but also for their family and friends. In fact, I can vouch that it also inspired me a lot to compete in the next session.

I have nothing more to add today. Do continue to write as it is always a pleasure to hear from you.

                                                                                                Yours Truly,
