                            I would like to inform you that a theft of over three lakhs has taken place in our show room. The incident has come to our notice this morning when the house servant informed us of the matter. 

                             We had insured our show as well as the goods with your company on [Date] and the policy number is [policy number]. All the concerned premiums are cleared till date. Hence, I would like to file an insurance claim regarding the theft. I request you to kindly send your insurance officer at the earliest possible date.  

                              I have already filed a police FIR (first information report) this morning itself. A copy of the same has been attached herewith.
