                              I hold a savings account in your [Bank name, Branch name] since the last eight years bearing account number [Account number]. With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your notice that in spite of no amount being dispensed from one of your ATM machines, fund was  debited from my account at [ATM Address] on [Date].

                               I had tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 8000 from the said ATM when the incident took place. The ATM displayed “Your transaction is in process” and later showed “Time out” after some time. I repeated the procedure once again but to no avail. I was disappointed to find out later that a sum of Rs 8000 was deducted from my account. It has been over a week I informed the matter to the customer care but without any success.
