I had booked your marriage hall on 21^st December last month for the occasion of the marriage of my younger brother. The wedding was scheduled to commemorate on 21^st January.

However, with regret, I would like to inform you that the marriage has been postponed by two month due to some unforeseen circumstances. In view of the current scenario, I would like to cancel the previous booking and would request you to kindly arrange for a new booking on 22^nd March.

I am willing to pay necessary fees for the above mentioned changes. I sincerely hope that you understand the matter.
