Too much traffic, especially during peak hours, makes it very difficult to travel on the road near our locality. Sometimes, a fifteen minute commute can easily take more than an hour to complete. As a result, the pedestrians are facing a lot of difficulties on a daily basis.
A major part of the problem is due to the violation of driving rules by the drivers. Moreover, cars and two wheelers can be routinely seen parked illegally creating blocking of the road. Deployment of traffic police constables during peak time can help a lot to manage the traffic jam.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into the matter on urgent basis in the interest of the public.
