I am a student of class 9 section A with Roll No 15. I had burrowed a book from the school library on the 7th of April. The details of the book are given below:

Author Name        : N.K. Choudhary
Publisher Name    : S Chand

The due date for returning the book was on 10th of May. Unfortunately, I could return the said book on 25th of May due to my ill health. This is the first time in my academic life that I have faced such a situation. Hence, I request you to kindly exempt me from the late fine.
