I am Sanjeev Sharmah, the organizing secretary of my ABC School. This letter is to bring to your kind attention about our plan to visit Ooty during the month of July, 2022.

We are planning for a two day visit to Ooty from 16th July to 17th July, 2022. We are expecting a total of 20 students in this batch. Hence, I request you to kindly provide our school group with necessary accommodation in your hostel.

It would be handy if you could send us the details of the cost for our stay. I would be glad to hear from you soon.
