                              With reference to the letter dated Date1, I had applied for insurance claim against car accident with all proper documents. After initial receipt of the claim, there has been no satisfactory reply even after multiple follow ups. 

                                Being a working individual, it is not possible for me to repeatedly follow up for the claim. Therefore, I request you to kindly resolve the delay in the claim settlement at the earliest.
