Subject: Deactivate Dil dosti chatting pack

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am (your name) from (your address) having BSNL mobile number (your number). I would like to inform you about an online BSNL service issue through this letter.

For the past two weeks, I have been continually receiving message from BT- BSNLCG stating that my pack Dil dosti chatting (54000) has been renewed with rupees 3 for 3 days. It further instructs that to unsubscribe, send SMS STOP or call 155223 (Tollfree). First and foremost, I have never subscribed for such a pack. So, I am not sure how it got activated. Secondly, even after sending the SMS and calling Tollfree number, pack is not deactivated and charges are being regularly deducted.

Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest. I have attached the necessary screenshots for your reference. I hope for a speedy resolution.

                                                                                            Yours Sincerely,

                                                                                             Your name

                                                                                             Your address
