                              I, (your name) have purchased a SIM card bearing registration number (Number) from your office on (Date1). I was assured that the above mentioned SIM card would be activated within 24 hours.

                               I write this letter to inform you that even after three days the SIM card has not been activated and no satisfactory answer has been provided for the delay by the customer care. This has resulted in severe inconvenience for me. Therefore, I appeal to you to consider the matter on an urgent basis and do the needful to activate the SIM card.
