Though however efficient and convenient, there still arise certain issues with online transactions which need to be notified to the concerned person. I am

would like to inform you about an online BSNL broadband payment issue which I
faced recently.
On [date], I made
a transaction in BSNL broadband web portal through paytm gateway using Google
pay upi. The transaction was successful as shown by Google pay (reference id)
and an amount of rupees 1495 has been debited from my SBI account. The same was
not updated in BSNL web portal as it showed that the transaction has failed. It
has been two days and though the amount has been debited, the broadband services
have not been restored.
I
cannot comprehend the issue and am in a state of confusion. I request you to
kindly resolve the matter at the earliest as I am facing a number of work
related issues without the broadband services. I have attached the necessary
