                               The internet speed provided by my broadband plan was average at best and the performance has even gone down for the last two months. My friend staying fifteen km west of the city has been using the same plan but with better average speed than mine.             

                               I have been using BSNL broadband service for more than four years now and I don’t want to change it. But, if the present state of service continues, then I would be left with no other choice.

                                   Therefore, I request you to look into the matter on urgent basis and take necessary steps to improve the internet speed provided by the broadband plan in our locality.

  2. My BSNL landline 04023567357 is dead since three months though I am paying the bill regularly before due date.I gave a number of complaints online. I even went to Tolichowki office and personally complained to JTO.
