Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am a student of Class 8 of your prestigious school and I would like to put forward a request on behalf of our class for proper arrangement of regular yoga classes in our school. This has been a popular demand by many of us for some time now.

                               The practice of Yoga, which has roots in ancient India, has become a global phenomenon in recent times with even people from abroad appreciating and adopting yoga in their life for healthy living. This is quite evident when 21^st June was unanimously declared as International Yoga Day by the UNGA (United Nations General Assembly) in 2015 as suggested by honorable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

                                    A healthy body is a perfect nurturing ground for a healthy mind and vice versa. Yoga provides and promotes a way of living that aims towards a perfect combination of the two in a spiritual manner. Keeping in mind the numerous benefits of yoga, I formally request you, on behalf of my class, to make arrangement for regular yoga classes in our school for the students.
