Dear Sir/Madam,
We, the students of the class 10, would love to organize an inter school
football tournament in our school playground for the period DD-MM-YY to
DD-MM-YY. Keeping in mind the value of extracurricular activities and the
importance you attach to students indulging in sporting activities, we humbly
request you to allow us to organize the event.
We plan to conduct the games on holidays such as 2nd Saturday, 4th
Saturday and Sundays so that they do not interfere with the regular activities
of the school. We have had informal discussions with members from various
schools and six of them have shown keen interest to join the proposed
interschool competition for a nominal joining fee.
We would be highly grateful if you could allow us to conduct the
