 Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I would, most humbly, like to draw your kind attention to the disorganized state of mail delivery system of our locality which is highly objectionable. There has been repeated occurrence of late delivery of mail on the part of the postman of our area, including the registered letters. Sometimes, the wait is as long as a month which seriously jeopardizes many important events related to various spheres of life.

                          In addition to that, the delivery is frequently careless. There are multiple instances when the mail has been thrown by the side of the gate or when it has been given to completely different address without any apparent attempt to check the identity of the recipient.

                           With this sorry state of affairs and negligence of duty, I have been forced to take this drastic step to bring the matter directly to your notice.  I would kindly appeal to you to look into the above mentioned problems urgently and take stringent action for improving the public mail delivery system.
