In today’s age and
time, the life of a common person has become really hard with, sometimes the
monthly income being barely enough to run the entire family due to increase in
price of commodities from every sphere of life. The scenario is so bleak for some
that they cannot afford to send their children to good educational institutions
for lack of money to fund their education. Even though many government and
private scholarships are there to help out the needy students, there are not

Dear Sir/Madam,
It
makes me proud to bring to your notice that my son, Ravi (currently in class 9)
has had an outstanding academic record in your school and hardly any blemish
has been made on his character throughout his stay. But, I am equally
devastated to inform you that he may not be able to complete his studies as it
is impossible in my current state of income to look after his educational
expenses as well as fend for the family. My income is hardly enough to meet the
day to day expenses and I also have ailing parents to look after. Moreover, the
rising cost of living is only aggravating the problem.
In
light of the above mentioned, I beg you to kindly consider granting monthly
concession of study fee for the hardworking and deserving student on humanitarian
ground. Not only the fate of the desire of a young student hangs in the
balance, the school and society may also lose out on an exceptional talent in
the long run if he does not get the waiver.
I will be highly obliged if you grant my
son the fee concession. I am hereby attaching all the necessary documents to
prove his merit.
